Fortune and Fame

You got a life of fortune and fame, but no need to know your name
He’s always looking high, don't care for nothing but the money and the power X2

It’s time to reclaim the game, sit up in the shadows and rebel against fame
If you think im only living for the fame well thats wrong X2

I work with top notch lyricism, cause i be spittin wisdom
so tie my lyrics followw the d's and never listen
i wanna take you there, and make you all aware
its not the...
(its not about the toone)
there'd be no easy way to make a living when ya living on a ? pay
i've seen careers disappear in this situation
dedication be the name across my chest and blazer
i've seen these people come (i've seen these people go)
i watch their lives just crumble and then theres some that grow
but do you know what its really like to live this life?
i dedicate my struggle to the downsyde!

you got a life of fortune and fame, but no need to know your name
he's always looking high, don't care for nothing but the money and the power

you got a life of fortune and fame, somethings never change
he's always looking high, don't care for nothing but the money and the power

(so where you at)it's never for the fortune and fame
(not for the cash) not for the people calling ya name
(we get up high) everynight through the highs and the lows
(it never dies) through the time where the eyes be closed
(is it love) oh yeaah! and the passion and heart
(is it to much) we make the sacrifice for the yard
(we made a mark) hard yards we were rippin the seems
(from the start) for fillin our dreams

you got a life of fortune and fame, but no need to know your name
he's always looking high, don't care for nothing but the money and the power

you got a life of fortune and fame, somethings never change
he's always looking high, don't care for nothing but the money and the power

keep on movin
movin on up we rising like the heat of the sun

keep on pushin
keep on pushin day to day like the beat of the drum

keep on livin
we're livin for the now since the day we begun

keep on dreamin
of the freedom we believe in till the day that we done

i'm just a common man who struggles to live
in the land of dramas.....
here along comes a wagon with a family of kids
you gotta hand me a pig full of centrelink payments
or chase materials and minimum wages
and to be a pawn in the economical matrix
i'm gonna make it as a king of the social gay mix?
lame how it's legal to step on your neighbours
in a stakes and matters game that everyones playing
(ah money and power) we all strive to make it
but condescend me kids i'll make you famous

is it for the fame?

you got a life of fortune and fame, but no need to know your name
he's always looking high, don't care for nothing but the money and the power

is it for the fame?

you got a life of fortune and fame, somethings never change
he's always looking high, don't care for nothing but the money and the power

Is it for the fame?

Hiding cheese, We gotta, New and improved shottas

Hold up nigga wait, Keep it cool, You'll get a plate
And yo the CD is great, Mad ethnic
This is not synthetic, This is for the crib with the lake
Get your money, See me, An athlete, Regular nigga
We out on Broadway, Throw me on, Breathe easy
Clip from The Wire, Rally out in Vegas
Hit The Strip, Fire, Streetcar Named Desire
Yo lights get lit up, Paparazzi jumping out
Yachtzi, Niggas wanna slump when I sit up
Yo, Holding the hammer, Four-five, Little bit of ice
They tryna run me off the road like Diana

[Chorus 2: ???]
Fame, Fame, Ohh, Lights, Camera, Action, So here we go
Lace them boots up, It's time to roll
